We’re excited to launch our new client training site for Diligent Community! This new hub brings together training videos, Quick Start Guides, eLearning courses and other educational resources in one place, to make it easier to find the educational content you need. Registration is already open for Elevate 2027, Diligent's annual customer conference. Attendees can take part in hands-on product training, educational sessions and networking opportunities with both peers and Diligent experts, while gaining practical insights to help them get more value from their Diligent solutions.
Diligent Academy is a flexible learning resource that helps our clients build product knowledge through self-paced courses and certification programs. Clients use it to gain confidence and get more value from Diligent products faster on their own schedule.
Community Mastery Level 1 to 4 for Admins Certification
To start your Community Mastery Certification, please ensure you are logged into the Diligent One Platform (step 1) and navigate to the Diligent Academy tile (step 2). Then select Start Learning Path to begin (step 3).
To schedule an online training session, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email the Community Training Team at training-dc@diligent.com.
